Frequently, we have two sales on the same day, in different locations in our service area. Bookmark this webpage for updates. Actual number of rooms may be less at the time of the auction. If we are unable to contact the facility, the status column will not list the number of rooms. Terms and conditions of sale at the end of this page.

Self Storage Operators (the "Operators") are selling at a public auction the contents of certain units for the non-payment of rent and fees, at the facilities listed above, as per the regulations of the state and local jurisdiction where the facility is located. Tenants in default have the right to pay the balance owed before the unit is sold. Operators and/or Severn River Auctions (the "Auctioneer") reserve the right to withdraw from sale any unit(s) or cancel the sale for at any time, without notice for any reason whatsoever. The sale may include abandoned units or units surrendered by tenants, vehicles, trailers and watercraft stored on the premises.

All units are sold As Is, Where Is, with no warranties expressed or implied, and all sales are final. A limited period of visual inspection is allowed before the sale of each unit. Entry into the unit for sale and opening stored containers is forbidden. Payment is in cash and cash only. State sales tax applies unless you have a resale tax certificate. Successful bidders have thirty (30) minutes after the end of the auction to pay for their purchases. After thirty (30) minutes the unit(s) will be sold to the under bidder or held over for a future auction at the Auctioneer’s sole discretion. Buyers have 24 hours or the end of the next business day to remove the contents, including trash, and broom clean the unit(s).

Generally the Auctioneer will follow the schedule listed above; depending on the number of units for sale and cancellations at other facilities on the same day. Units can not be sold before the start time as published in the legal notice. Extra Space may advertise a 10:00 AM start date for some their facilities, and in some cases the start times of auctions may advance with limited notice. Additional terms and conditions may be announced preceding the auction.
