Severn River Auctions, established in March 2001,  exists to provide an open and honest public forum for the resale of antiques, collectible merchandise, real estate and other business and personal property. As a family owned and operated  small business, we provide superior service and value to both buyers and sellers through convenience, reliability, honesty, and professional competence.

Currently, we work out of our home office and do not allow customers to come to our house.  We try to answer the phone between 10 AM and 2 PM; however we are in the field much of the time.  Please leave us a message an we will call you back as soon as we can.

Severn River Auctions Team:

Mr. Philip Cline, our head auctioneer, has a B.S. Cum Laude in Business Management from UMUC and is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School. Mr. Cline has more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry, commercial real estate, property management and construction management. He is a licensed and bonded Auctioneer in Maryland and Virginia and works in both states. Mr. Cline has conducted more than 700 auctions during the past seven years

Ms. Susan F. Cline, is a licensed residential Realtor in Maryland.  She has more than twelve years experience as an antique dealer, antique store owner and tag and estate sale promoter with additional experience as a Realtor. 

Marc Hutchison, is an auctioneer on our staff.  He is a graduate of Anne Arundel Community College and has more than ten years experience in sales prior to becoming an auctioneer.
