Welcome to the Severn River Auctions website.  We are a family owned and operated auction service, celebrating 10 years in business.  Our company exists to provide an open and honest public forum for the sale of real and personal property.  We strive to offer superior service to both buyers and sellers through convenience, reliability, and professional competence.

We are licensed, bonded and insured in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, including Baltimore City, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia.  Severn River Auctions currently conducts auctions in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Currently we auction self storage units, moving and storage containers, business liquidations and estates.

Welcome to the new Severn River Auctions Web Site.  Our old site was with us from the beginning and has served us well, but it was time to move forwrd.  Besides renovating our Web Site and our AuctionZip account, we have added social media (Facebook and Twitter) to our Internet tool box in an effort to improve communications with you, our buyers.  Company information can be found on the "Contact Us" page.

We have updated our navigation bar.  The schedule for storage auctions is located under the "Storage Auctions" Page.  The "Other Auctions" page will contain other types of sales, like business liquidations and estate sales.  Check out "What's new" below:

What's New on the Severn River Auctions Web Site?

October, 2011. 

We added three new self storage locations, with their first auctions in November.  One is in Southern Maryland, the other two are in New Jersey.  We have a new Anne Arundel County, Maryland location that will begin auctions around the beginning of the new year.

Also, on November 14, we will have a special auction of a storage locker of house hold goods.  Time is 11 AM and the location is Acorn Self Storage, 11015 West Ave, Kensington, MD 20895.  Please do not call Acorn.  The goods have a lien from a moving and storage company, not Acorn--Acorn has no information to give you.  More will be posted on Other Auctions web page as it is available.
