Welcome to the Severn River Auctions website.  We are a family owned and operated auction service, celebrating 12 years in business.  Our company exists to provide an open and honest public forum for the sale of real and personal property.  We strive to offer superior service to both buyers and sellers through convenience, reliability, and professional competence.

We are licensed, bonded and insured in the Mid Atlantic region--from Virginia though New Jersey-- and one of a small number of auctioneers who are licensed in Baltimore City.  Severn River Auctions currently conducts self storage units, moving and storage containers through out the Mid Atlantic.  We conduct business liquidations auctions and estate auctions on site or on premises, in Maryland only.

We can not, at this time, accept single items and small lots for auction.

Welcome to the new Severn River Auctions Web Site.  Our old site was with us from the beginning and has served us well, but it was time to move forwrd.  Besides renovating our Web Site and our AuctionZip account, we have added social media (Facebook and Twitter) to our Internet tool box in an effort to improve communications with you, our buyers.  Company information can be found on the "Contact Us" page.

We have updated our navigation bar.  The schedule for storage auctions is located under the "Storage Auctions" Page.  The "Other Auctions" page will contain other types of sales, like business liquidations and estate sales.  Check out "What's new" below:

What's New on the Severn River Auctions Web Site?

Or what isn't!!  We are happy to announce that be have more than 225 followers on facebook.  Everyday, we put up a short posting of of our auctions for that day.  If you want to get in on this, like us on Facebook (Severn River Auctions).  We don't list the number of units as we do on this web site (See Storage Auctions), but will tell you where Marc and Phil are at.
